Motor Risk Score provides independent, data-driven risk reports to support purchasing decisions for used motorcycles. Reports are based on statistical models, market signals, and known vehicle-specific risks.

All reports, scores, cost estimates, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Risk scores are probabilistic assessments and do not constitute guarantees regarding vehicle condition, safety, or future expenses.

Users remain solely responsible for their purchasing decisions. Prime Automotive accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from the use of this service.

3. Personal data processing

We process only the data necessary to deliver our service:

• Email address (optional)
• Report ID and vehicle input data

Data is used for:

• Report delivery and retrieval
• Account functionality (if selected)

4. Marketing communications

Marketing emails are sent only with explicit user consent. Users may withdraw consent at any time.

Pricing

The price for a Motor Risk Score report is displayed before payment and includes all applicable taxes (VAT). Prices may vary based on your location.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through Mollie (iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, and other methods) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely by these certified payment providers.

Delivery

Your Motor Risk Score report is delivered immediately upon successful payment. The report is accessible online and can be downloaded as a PDF.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate delivery, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the report has been generated. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal for this digital content.

Disputes

For any payment disputes or issues, please contact us directly. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
